Mark and the team were so good in picking up my two storey extension following being let down by other builders. Mark was so helpful in rectifying poor work that had failed building regs whilst doing everything he could to keep completion costs down following heavy personal financial losses on the project. This is to confirm that Chase Group Midlands undertook building and conversion work at our residential property. Garage build This involved co-ordination of drawings for council approval, full project management and construction of the garage including electrics and guttering. This was completed to council approved standard. Former garage conversion This involved conversion of the old garage into an additional room within the main property including windows. This was also completed to council approved standard. Further Chase Group Midlands undertook block paving work to extend the drive of the property following completion of the garage build. Kitchen conversion This involved extending the kitchen into part of the former garage space, brickwork, raising the existing floors, electrics and plumbing. Mark and his team were punctual and the work was completed in good time and was of good quality. Erection of Oak Framed Double Garage Hoar Cross Staffordshire We contracted Chase Group Midlands in Early 2023 after dealing with a number of building contractors Chase Group Midlands were by far the most responsive and provided a service which was excellent in all aspects. Our project started in May 2023 and was the construction of an Oak Framed Double Garage. Mark and his team were exceptional in the way they went about the Project. This was the first time they had taken on this kind of structure, and Mark even spoke to the Building supplier to finalise some details. The Team worked really hard to complete the Project in phases. E.g. Groundwork’s, Erection of the Building, Roofing/Guttering etc. Chase Group Midlands work on the basis that when they have completed a phase of the construction and customer is happy with the work, payment is requested for that phase of the work. There is no full upfront payment at the start of the project. Mark and his team provide exceptional work to customer requirements and dispose of all waste as required.
